Description
Hi we are Ubique Digital Solutions, a small Digital Agency based on the Gold Coast in Australia that specialises in providing our clients solutions with HubSpot, from Implementations to Workflows to Marketing campaigns and lead nurturing, creating dynamic reports and dashboards to allow decision makers to visualise any aspect of the business, mapping large amounts of data and creating custom properties to allow any information to be imported. We also provided Website Design and Development along with SEO and PPC for our clients.
We now require a Google Ads (PPC), Facebook, & LinkedIn Advertising Specialist to join out team. As we are relatively small you will be able to perform both functions of Google Ads (PPC), Facebook and LinkedIn advertising experience.

About the Role
We now require two Business Development Representative’s to join out team, to help build and maintain our sales pipeline across APAC and US. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll identify and source good-fit prospects who can benefit from our product and services, while driving and building relationships.
You’re a people person! As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, while excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales Account Executives up for success. You will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You know that every potential contact is an opportunity for you to boost growth and customer acquisition levels.
You should demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills. You will have a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, while also bringing new ideas to the company.
We will be looking at you to help create new viable services for our clientele by creating value for them and our Agency.

Key Requirements
- Plan, optimise, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients.
- Ensure AdWords/PPC campaigns are up and optimised according to brief and best practice guidelines.
- Develop near and long-time paid search strategies and campaigns for clients.
- Review potential new clients.
- Manage small to medium-sized AdWords/PPC budgets.
- Work with the other teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all AdWords/PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible.
- Perform keyword research and manage all bid management for your clients.
- Work with the AdWords/PPC Manager to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the larger search marketing and digital marketing strategy.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings back to the AdWords/PPC Manager and subsequent clients.
- Help to define AdWords/PPC strategies for a host of clients.
The skills we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably agency-side).
- Proven track record in driving successful AdWords/PPC and paid search campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads and all paid search platforms.
- Google Adwords certification is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Strong track record in managing small to medium-sized budgets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Effective account management skills.
