First, open up your Lead or Prospect record and click on the phone number. This will launch Aircall and automatically dial the number for you.

If you need to enter a number manually, go to the Airtasker tab and select “Aircall” from the drop-down menu. This will automatically populate the phone number into the task dialogue box.

Once you’re connected, just speak as if you were speaking to your lead or prospect on the phone! Your recordings are automatically logged after a couple of minutes with duration, number, and audio recording information included. You can also save your browser preferences to open Aircall in future sessions.
