Description
We are a rapidly expanding Digital Agency based in Australia who is also Top rated Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner in Australia. We mainly provide HubSpot solutions for our clients ranging from small projects to large scale implementations and marketing campaigns. Our clients are based in Australia, US and EU and we are about to onboard a range of new clients we are looking for some new team members who can perform onboarding of the HubSpot portal to implementing the Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs.
You will be enthusiastic and ideally qualified in multiple HubSpot certifications and not just the basic Inbound qualification. If you are successfully you will be required to complete two training certificates that are only available to Partners – “Sales Hub Implementation” and “Marketing Hub Implementation” training certificates.
We have the onboarding process mapped out you will just need to be confident with your skills that you can complete the functions/tasks required following the HubSpot “Guided Client Onboarding” process.
Key Requirements
- HubSpot portal set up experience
- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- HubSpot Sales Hub experience
- HubSpot Service Hub experience
- Digital Marketing experience including email marketing
- Can build landing pages and email campaigns in HubSpot
- Can build workflows in HubSpot
- Can confidently display and report on set metrics using the HubSpot Reports and Dashboard tools
- Can connect subdomains to HubSpot
- Will use Hubstaff timer to record all hours worked
- Familiarity with Hubstaff Projects or other project management tool
- Be able to communicate in the AEST time zone
- Great Internet Connection
- Excel highly experienced
- You will be confident in project management

You **MUST **be able to communicate in **English **very well. It doesn’t have to be your main language but as at times you will be speaking to clients this is important.
This role will be a full time position and when your not Implementing HubSpot for our clients you will be able to create Marketing Campaigns for our business.
Note – This role is primarily for people who are very experienced in HubSpot, however we are always looking for qualified HubSpot staff to work on smaller scale projects – Eg Email marketing or Data entry or a HubSpot VA, please reach out to us.
Also we pay our staff weekly every Saturday
