Description
We are looking for our next Business Development Manager. You must be able to use our systems (HubSpot, Cloudtalk, Office 365, Hubstaff, HubStaff Tasks and our specialised Lead Generation tools) to proactively find segmented leads to enroll to the top of our funnel. You will be also required to Cold Call to qualify these leads and then as the funnel progresses call to set appointments (Demos) for our Closers.
About the Role
We now require two Business Development Representative’s to join out team, to help build and maintain our sales pipeline across APAC and US. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll identify and source good-fit prospects who can benefit from our product and services, while driving and building relationships.
You’re a people person! As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, while excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales Account Executives up for success. You will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You know that every potential contact is an opportunity for you to boost growth and customer acquisition levels.
You should demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills. You will have a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, while also bringing new ideas to the company.
We will be looking at you to help create new viable services for our clientele by creating value for them and our Agency.

Key Requirements
- Own computer / laptop in excellent condition
- Authentic Windows 10 / MAC OS
- Minimum of 8GB RAM
- Minimum processor: Intel: i3 7th gen, Intel: i5 4th gen, AMD: A8 – 5000 series and higher, AMD Ryzen 3 series – 2200 G and higher
- High-speed wired internet connection (at least 10-20Mbps)
- You will be required to log time using HubStaff Timer and projects and tasks delivered via HubStaff Talent
- A stable power supply in your area (with backup for emergencies)
- Noise cancellation headset
- Skype account
The skills we’re looking for
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Cold-Calling & Appointment setting
- Demonstrated ability to generate and contact leads via social media, networking or pre-existing network
- Excellent skills in closing deals
- Experienced in drafting and creating sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines as well as ensuring maximum profitability.
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to build rapport and nurture existing clients
