Description
We are a small Digital Agency in Australia and currently require an Appointment Setter and Inside Sales Gurus to join our team. You will have the freedom to work from home as long as your internet and power are of a good standard. You must be able to use our systems (HubSpot, Cloudtalk, Office 365, Hubstaff, HubStaff Tasks and our specialised Lead Generation tools) to proactively find segmented leads to enroll into the top of our funnel. You will be also required to Cold Call to qualify these leads and then as the funnel progresses call to set appointments (Demos) for our Closers. You must speak fluent English and be able to follow scripts but also able to learn about the product you are selling so that you can Pivot when needed from the script to provide value and answers to the leads questions about the product (Product Knowledge).
You will have excellent English and also product knowledge of SaaS products, all Digital Agency Products but also have a great understanding of HubSpot.

Key Requirements
- Experienced Appointment Setter
- Experienced Cold Caller
- Experienced at Lead Generation
- Must be able to Close – his is not a help desk role
- Great Fibre internet with back up
- Good Quality noise cancelling headset that doesn’t have the echo effect when talking
- If power outages are an issue this may not be for you
- Email marketing experience favourable
- HubSpot experience favourable as you will be required to use this extensively, from logging calls and setting appointments to also using the sequence tool for nurturing
- Understanding funnels favourable
- Ability to create and follow scripts
- Ability to work min 20hours per week
- This is a day time position working with clients currently based in Australia
- Must be able to hit KPI’s
